Description

Based on the classic work by early American author Washington Irving, it tells the story of a man who lived near the Catskill Mountains in New York before the Revolutionary War, is out walking with his dog, happens upon a group of strangely dressed characters that appear to come from an earlier time, stops to join them in an informal game of bowling and a strong drink of ale and falls asleep for twenty years to find much about his tiny town has changed.

As usual, The Sigman Brothers have kept the spirit of the original tale but added a few wrinkles and surprises of their own along the way making for a delightful musical production that is a fun, poignant and enormously entertaining night in the theater.
